Becoming a Delivery Partner
We have devised structures that embed an expert and evidence-led approach to design and we are looking for delivery partners to complement this with facilitators that can exemplify practical excellence in school leadership, teaching, behaviour and teacher development.
We recognise the value of school-led professional development and as such will adopt a school-led approach with delivery partners where you lead and we support, or you lead and we support more.
Delivery partners can offer a high degree of accessibility by building the programme from a range of synchronous units and differentiate to include their best local leaders and practice. Synchronous in-person and online units are designed in two-hour blocks that can be combined as whole days lasting six hours or delivered as a series of two-hour twilights.
